I have been very blessed to have had God come into my life at very early age. It was a
God incidence that ai went to a Christian missionary school Wadhurst College at the
age of eleven. We would have silent time every morning & evening and many services at
school & Wadhurst church where I was confirmed. I went to art school & qualified as an
interior designer and a potter. I became an air hostess with British Caledonian and
British Airways. I was in the Christian fellowship in British Airways. I married & have 4
children. I helped run 2 Alpha courses in Alnwick church Northumberland& numerous
at HTB & was on the PCC at Stanstead church, Kent. I was chairman of the NSPCC for
8 1/2 years in Alnwick , Northumberland. I was on the prayer ministry at Holy Trinity
Brompton for 19 1/2 years& attended the Christian Bible study at St Michael’s , Chester
Square, London for 20 years.I am now on the Deanery Synod , PCC & Prayer ministry at
ASW ( Asthall, Swinbrook, Widford) churches, I am an orthodox Christian who believes
strongly in the bible & follow the teachings of The Word . I want to incourage our
Christian heritage in the Church of England.
I would like to see a Christian charter to established to promote and strengthen the
role of lay people in positions of leadership, influence & decision making within the
church. I would also welcome the opportunity to be part of developing and support this
work .
