Full Election Address Text

Just a few words to introduce myself
Currently I am a Safeguarding Officer living in a coastal village on the edge of West Dorset. I
oversee safeguarding for the 10 Parishes that make up the new Benefice of ‘Bride Valley
and Chesil’. This is a very rural benefice, that often feels forgotten about. I am also the Lead
for Safeguarding for the deanery synod and a member of the diocesan synod
I would hope to bring to the synod:
My passion and care for rural churches and parishes. Also to try and bring a voice to the
synod for these rural Parishes
My passion for safe and effective Safeguarding, that works for everyone. To bring my skills
and knowledge of Safeguarding as a volunteer, who needs are often forgotten.
